Black, Gay & Greek ?

On the latest episode of #FunnyMoneyRockLive, show hosts Anye Elite and Cadence Kyle discuss black greek life in light of the historic election of Kamala Harris as the first HBCU grad and black sorority member to head to the White House.


Below is a list of black, queer fraternities and sororities. If we're missing any let us know.

1. Delta Phi Upsilon Fraternity

Founded in 1985, Delta Phi Upsilon's mission is to promote unity among gay men and to support progressive interest.


2. Gamma Mu Phi Fraternity

Founded in 1999, Gamma Mu Phi celebrates and advocates excellence in community service and brotherhood.


3. Kappa Psi Kappa Fraternity

Founded in 2001, Kappa Psi Kappa is a diverse organization with dynamic, scholarly men, who dedicate themselves to “aiding down-trodden humanity” in an effort to assist all people to achieve higher social, economic and intellectual status.


4. Alpha Omega Kappa Fraternity

Founded in 2012, Alpha Omega Kappa consists of men from the transgender experience, the first and only of it's kind.


5. Phi Nu Kappa


Phi Nu Kappa is a 501 c3 nonprofit organization active in all communities nationwide, including the LGBT community. Its' members are community leaders, business owners, and role models. We will continue our proud legacy of sisterhood, scholarship, and leadership into our next 10 years.
