
By now I'm sure you've seen the video of two black men being arrested in a Philadelphia Starbucks for "loitering". Since the video went viral Starbucks is trying to get in front of what could easily turn into a public relations nightmare.
After consulting with the community and internal leadership; the coffee mega chain announced the temporary closure of it's 8,000 company owned stores. Former Obama-era attorney general Eric Holder will be involved with the training initiative. Ironically the police department involved in the arrest will not be involved in the workshop.
