There's An App For Evicting People

According To Them, They'll Pay You $2,000 a week.

It seems as everybody is experiencing some type of hardship is a result of the ongoing Covid-19 pandemic. Of course, that means it was a matter of time before society would begin eating its own.

This story comes from Vice magazine.

https://civvl.com/ is a gig economy app similar to Uber, Instacart, or Tasker where people work as independent contractors to perform basic tasks like driving, shopping, or furniture assembly. Unlike those apps, Civvl will hire you to help a landlord evict a tenant.

Vice, shared a Craigslist ad that they've posted across the country hoping to recruit people to act as process servers and even to go as far as to engage in eviction standbys and foreclosure cleanings, where they place people's belongings out on the street.
